Remittances

Remittance Form - to be used to submit remittances to the Conference Treasurer. Please use a separate form for each church. Mail the remittance form and check(s) to: Conference Treasurer, Raleigh Area, PO Box 60053, Charlotte, NC 28260. To request that remittance forms and envelopes be mailed to you, please email your name, address, and church name to Diana Hunter.
