Issues before conference will be reviewed during AC Briefing session
Anyone with a computer and Internet connection can view an Annual Conference briefing session on Sunday, May 20, at 3:15 pm. The first part of the presentation will be general information, and the second portion will be answers to questions sent via e-mail. Details for accessing the presentation can be found at the AC Briefing Session .   Some districts may participate in the May 20 presentation or hold a session on another date. Check with your district office for details.
A "test" signal will be streamed on Thursday, May 17 from 2pm to 3 pm. Instructions: AC Briefing Session .

PowerPoints, videos for AC needed before conference
Anyone planning to use PowerPoint slides or a video at Annual Conference should let Bill Norton know as soon as possible ( bnorton@nccumc.org or 1-800-849-4433).  Program books for the A/V crew indicating when visuals are needed must be completed before conference.  The deadline for converting videos to the appropriate format is May 21.  Completed scripts and PowerPoint programs are due no later June 4.  Any questions, call.

Trail Hike Registration Deadline
The registration deadline for high school youth who would like to be part of the Appalachian Trail Hike is May 15.  There are only a few spaces open for registration.  The Trail Hike takes place June 23-30.  The registration form may be found in the 2007 Youth Events brochure which is also available online at Youth Ministry - select the "Events" tab.
