    About new clergy e-mail accounts
With the creation of e-mail accounts for all Clergy there have been a few changes to the way that e-mail accounts are accessed on the Conference website ( http://www.nccumc.org ).  When clicking on the E-mail Login link at the top of the home page, clergy will now be taken to a second page.  This page asks if you wish to log into the clergy or staff e-mail servers.  Here is an explanation of these two servers:

    1) Login for Clergy E-mail Accounts - All Clergy should log into this link. If you have had a Clergy account previously then you were hosted on the staff server.  Your mailbox will be moved to the Clergy server on 7/13 at 8:00 PM.  Until then, continue using the staff link.  All Clergy with new e-mail accounts should begin using the Clergy E-mail Accounts link with the ID and Password provided in recently mailed letters.

    2) Login for Staff E-mail Accounts - All conference staff, district superintendents and their administrative assistants should use the staff e-mail login.

Often with change there are a few kinks to be addressed.  Let Douglas Ward ( dward@nccumc.org ) or Bill Norton ( bnorton@nccumc.org ), both at 1-800-849-4433, know if you have problems.

Junaluska Singers have one conference appearance
The Lake Junaluska Singers will be in concert at Garner UMC on Tuesday, July 25, at 7 pm in the Christian Life Center.  Advance ticket sales are required.  Tickets are $5.00 and may be picked up at the church (201 Methodist Drive, Garner, NC 27529) or you may send a check to PO Box 2179.  Tickets then can be picked up on the evening of the concert at the "Will Call" table.
The Junaluska Singers, under the direction of Dr. Glenn Draper, have not sung in the N. C. Conference in several years.  Garner UMC is their only stop in the Conference during this year's tour.  Remember, no ticket sales at the door.  Order advance tickets now.

N.C. Five Day Academy for Spiritual Formation

The cost is $650.00.  The faculty:  Kathryn Damiaco and Glandion Carney. For more information or a registration form, please contact Robin Harry, Registrar rharry@nccumc.org or 919-832-9560, ext. 252.

    Colleague Forum for Pastors
