    Conference e-mail applications
The deadline for applying for a Conference e-mail account has passed. All clergy and diaconals  who did not send in an application form for a Conference email account, or complete the application at Annual Conference, will have an account established for them along with an assigned  username and password. When the accounts are active, each person with a new account will receive a letter via USPS containing user information concerning set up and instructions for how to forward Conference e-mail to a current account if so desired.

    Pastor, go on-line.
Pastors please go on-line and update your data for the 2006-2007 Appointment year.  The Conference Secretary's Office is beginning to work on the 2006-2007 Conference Directory and needs your assistance in making sure your information is correct for the Directory.

    On-line forms unavailable July 1-15
The charge conference forms will be unavailable on the On-line Data Collection System from July 1-15.  This is to allow for changes for the 2006 charge conference season.  Directory updates, related forms, statements and downloads will all continue to be available.  Appointment lists will be updated during this time.  E-mail helpdesk@nccumc.org if changes are needed after July 15.

    Registrations due for ACS
Any high school youth planning to participate in Annual Conference Session for Youth at Methodist College, July 17-22 must register with the youth events registration form postmarked by July 1.  There are limited spaces so earlier registration is recommended.  The registration form and other information about ACS may be found at www.nccumc.org/youthministry selecting "events."
