Observations of General Conference by First Time Delegates
Fort Worth, TX
"What a great honor to represent the NC Conference at General Conference! I enjoyed having a chance to speak on the floor of the conference; Bishop Huie complimented me for keeping the session straight through the offering of a point of order. The opening worship service was one I will never forget. It was inspiring in every possible way - music, proclamation, and sacrament." wrote Duncan McMillian, a Laurinburg high school student who was a first time laity reserve delegate at General Conference. More of Duncan's impressions along with thoughts from first time delegates Patricia Archer, and Beth Hood are available by clicking the link below.
