From Durham, Chapel Hill, RTP; RDU Airport:
Take 1-40 East to Raleigh. Exit on Wade Avenue prior to entering Raleigh. Wade Avenue becomes a four-lane road and winds through an older  residential section. Take the Glenwood Avenue exit. Turn right onto Glenwood Avenue. The Methodist Building is located immediately on your right.

From the Sanford area:

Take US 1 which turns into Capital Blvd. Exit on Wade Avenue. Take the Glenwood Avenue south exit. Turn right onto Glenwood. The Methodist Building is located immediately on your right.

From Knightdale, Zebulon, Eastern NC:
Take Hwy 64. West to Raleigh exit onto 1-440 West/ Hwy 70 West. Exit onto Capital Blvd south towards Downtown. Exit on Wade Avenue. Take the Glenwood Avenue south exit. Turn right onto Glenwood. The Methodist Building is located immediately on your right.
