ABSOLUTE deadline for reports being included in the BOR is Thursday, March 1, 2007.  I have checked with the printer and based on what they have told me I will have to have reports by this date.  Anything that comes in after this will not be included.  All reports must be 250 words or less.

Resolutions are due in to the Conference Secretary's office by Thursday, May 10, 2007.

Full Elders and Full Deacons

Any full deacon, elder, or layperson meeting the criteria is eligible to be a delegate to GC/SEJ. Nominees can also be designated by "write-in" on the first ballot at Annual Conference. Please keep a copy of your submitted form for your records.

Please note: Clergy nomination forms must be sent to: Office of the Conference Secretary, PO Box 10955, Raleigh, NC 27605

Laity nomination forms must be sent to: Robin Harry, Assistant to the Board of Laity, PO Box 10955, Raleigh, NC 27605

The deadline for all form submissions is April 1, 2007.
